Big Dreams Drive Necessity

 - Ian Coletti

Hi, I'm Ian Coletti

Founder of Legacy High Performance

Ian's story is a testament to the power of personal development and the importance of living a life aligned with your values. After almost three decades in the corporate world, Ian realized he needed something more to be truly fulfilled. He wanted to make a difference and help others achieve their goals.

So, after being laid off for the fourth time as part of yet another workforce reduction, he boldly decided to leave his corporate job and become a high-performance coach. This was a big leap of faith, but Ian was confident he had the skills and experience necessary to succeed.

As a high-performance coach, Ian helps his clients identify their goals, develop a plan to achieve them and stay motivated. He also provides them the tools and resources to overcome challenges and achieve their full potential.

Ian is passionate about helping his clients to live their best lives. He believes that everyone has the potential to achieve great things, and he is committed to helping them reach their full potential.

Here are some additional takeaways from Ian's story:

  • It is important to have a clear understanding of your values and goals.
  • Don't be afraid to take risks and step outside your comfort zone.
  • Surround yourself with positive people who support your dreams.
  • Celebrate your successes along the way.
  • Never give up on yourself or your dreams.

Ian's story reminds us that we all have the power to create the life we want to live. If you feel lost or unfulfilled, we encourage you to follow Ian's example and take steps towards achieving your dreams.

Ian fundamentally understands what it takes to be (and not to be) a high performer. Professionally, he’s implemented some of the world’s largest programs domestically and internationally in his work industries. Personally, he rose to be a world-class competitor as a bagpiper in Grade One pipe bands (highest level), a professional solo competitor, and a certified judge. He’s competed nine times at the World Pipe Band Championships in Glasgow, Scotland.

Relishing where he lives is relatively easy in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. He loves exploring the area with his beautiful wife, daughter, and two crazy pups. Living on Bainbridge Island is a dream come true with a mix of small-town/rural feel, outstanding public schools, and ease of access to Seattle, the mountains, and water.
